Getting started

What BatchFox is, and the safe way to begin.

What BatchFox is built for

BatchFox is a local-first Windows desktop workflow for photographers and creators who need batch resizing, conversion, cleanup, delivery, and archive trust without shipping image folders into a hosted pipeline.

Your first safe workflow

Start with Resize, Convert, or Summary on a small folder. If Archive matters to you, prove the route contract on one file before scaling up.

How to think about BatchFox

BatchFox works best when you think in folders and workflows, not isolated one-off edits. Clean, rename, resize, deliver, and archive should feel like one local production path.

Free versus premium at a glance

Resize and Convert (each with a daily limit), Rename, and Summary are the free starter path. The premium modules and BatchFox Archive sit above that. Restore stays free for everyone, always.

Still stuck?

Tell us what you were trying to do, which module you were in, what you expected, and what happened. That gets to a fix fastest.
