Connect your BatchFox desktop
BatchFox now uses account sign-in and entitlement sync instead of manual license keys.
Step 1
Install BatchFox
Download the latest desktop build and complete the installer on your PC.
Step 2
Sign in with your BatchFox account
Open BatchFox and choose Sign In With BatchFox. Your browser handles the secure account sign-in and returns you to the app automatically.
Step 3
Refresh your license if needed
BatchFox verifies your entitlement after sign-in. If you just purchased, use Refresh License once inside the app to pull the latest plan state.
Helpful notes
- • Purchases attach to your BatchFox account, not a one-time key.
- • If the app says your license needs attention, open Manage License and choose Refresh License.
- • If you changed devices, sign in again on the new machine and remove old devices from your account if you need to free a seat.
