BatchFox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software in accordance with the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA) and your purchased plan.
You may install and use BatchFox according to your purchased plan. Your license is allocated in seats; each seat authorizes installation and use on a single device. Solo accounts include one seat; the Complete plan includes two seats; commercial users may add additional seats to an account. You may deactivate a seat from one device and re-activate (re-bind) it on another device, for example when you replace a computer, subject to a reasonable limit on the frequency of re-binding to deter license-sharing. Activating the software on more devices than the number of seats licensed to your account violates this Agreement and may result in license deactivation. The Free tier is licensed for personal, evaluation, and non-commercial use only.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; remove proprietary notices; rent, lease, or lend the software; use the software for illegal purposes; or circumvent technical limitations.
Founder pricing is a discounted subscription rate offered for a limited time during early product availability. Founder pricing remains valid only while the subscription is continuously active and in good standing. If a subscription is canceled, expires, or is terminated for any reason, access to the founder pricing rate is permanently forfeited. Any future subscription will be subject to the then-current pricing or applicable promotions. Founder pricing is non-transferable and may not be reinstated after cancellation.
Subscription plans include all software updates. Lifetime licenses include updates for the major version purchased (e.g., v1.x). Support is provided via email for paid licenses.
BatchFox processes all images locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or access your images. Usage data and crash reports may be collected for product improvement purposes only.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BatchFox DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase per the Refund Policy at https://batchfox.app/refunds. Refunds may be denied once the license has been activated on multiple devices, for policy abuse, or when the request falls outside the stated refund window.
BatchFox reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
The BatchFox software and documentation are "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as defined in 48 C.F.R. § 2.101. Pursuant to 48 C.F.R. § 12.212 (civilian agencies) and 48 C.F.R. §§ 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 (military agencies), U.S. Government end users acquire the software and documentation with only those rights set forth in this End User License Agreement.
